Israel, U.S. Sign Homeland Security Pact
[Jerusalem Post] Rebecca Anna Stoil - Israeli Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter and U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff signed a joint memorandum in Washington on Wednesday setting the terms for security cooperation between the two nations, including partnership on flight security, information sharing on emergency planning, and research and development in explosives detection.
