Bechtol, a former senior analyst for Northeast Asia at the Pentagon. North Korea has sold Iran Scud Bs, Cs, Ds, extended-range Scuds, and continues to ship long-range missile parts to Iran. Iran's missile program would be nonexistent without North Korean help. Bechtol said North Korea has in recent years been funneling weapons to Hizbullah and, to a lesser extent, to Hamas.
