World Court Sets Hearings on Israeli Security Fence
(Reuters) - The World Court said on Friday it would hold hearings on February 23 on the legal consequences of Israel's security fence in the West Bank. Earlier this month, the UN General Assembly voted for a Palestinian-initiated resolution to ask The Hague-based International Court of Justice about the barrier. The court was set up to settle legal disputes between states and give advisory opinions.
