Palestinian Cease-Fire Talks Open in Cairo

(Jerusalem Post) Khalid Abu Toameh - Representatives of 12 Palestinian factions began talks in Cairo on Thursday on a possible cease-fire with Israel. Egyptian intelligence chief Gen.
