Why is Belize at The Hague?

(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - Little explanation is needed to understand why Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Sudan have taken the time and energy to argue against Israel at The Hague, but why the Central American country Belize? According to a web site promoting the country of some 240,000 people, Belize Prime Minister Said Musa is "a British-educated lawyer of Palestinian and Belizean heritage." At the Durban conference in 2000, Belize was among the most vociferous of the non-Muslim countries blasting Israel.
