Israel Prepares for International Monitors in Palestinian Vote
(Jerusalem Post) The IDF, Israeli Police, and Foreign Ministry were preparing Wednesday for the arrival of international observers including former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, coming to monitor the Palestinian legislative elections in January.
